KastKing® India – Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to KastKing® products sold in India and serviced by KastKing® India (Ozean Tackles India).


Mandatory Proof of Purchase

For all warranty claims and repair requests, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (original invoice or bill).
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase will result in the claim not being entertained, including warranty and paid repair requests.


Reels Warranty

KastKing® fishing reels are warranted for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase against manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Warranty Claim Requirements

All claims must include:

·       Valid proof of purchase (original invoice or bill)

·       Order number

·       Purchase date

·       Place of purchase

If the purchase date exceeds 15 days, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Warranty Will Be Void If

·       The product is modified or altered

·       Disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel

·       Subjected to misuse, abuse, or negligence

·       Damaged due to accident, loss, or impact

·       Affected by normal wear and tear

·       Used for commercial or rental purposes

·       Improperly maintained or cared for

Out-of-Warranty Reel Service

Out-of-warranty reels may be serviced on a paid basis.

Service Charges:

·       All KastKing reels: ₹500 service charge + cost of parts


Rods Warranty

KastKing® fishing rods carry a limited six (6) months warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and apply only to the original purchaser.

All rods are subject to inspection by KastKing® India to determine eligibility.

·       Manufacturing defects confirmed within 15 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no charge, subject to valid proof of purchase.

·       Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear may qualify for replacement at 50% of the original purchase price, plus ₹400 shipping and handling charges, subject to customer approval.

The damaged rod must be shipped prepaid and insured in a disposable container.


General Warranty

KastKing® products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

·       Normal wear and tear

·       Commercial or rental use

·       Damage caused by accident, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care

There are no other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. KastKing® India shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
